Pasta Play (Motor)

- Using tweasers, take colored items from middle bowl and separate into smaller bowls

- Let kid use whisk to make bubbles

Magic Sand
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 8 cups of flour

Golf Tee Push Box
- Shoe Box, poke holes, kid puts golf tees in the holes
Bath Soap
- Mix Kid Soap and Cornstarch (2:1) and Dye
Sink or Float
- Get stuff and ask if it will sink or float then drop it in water
Fine Motor ABCs
- Outline letters on construction paper, put on traced letters
- Use buttons, beans, rice, play doh, or small items to fill in

Pool Noodle Alphabet Match
- Cut up 2 pool noodles into 2 inch sections, put lowercase letters on one, uppercase letters on the other
- Popsicle sticks with the lower and uppercase letters on each end “a – A”, “g – G”
- Kid stacks lower case and upper case letters together on popsicle sticks
Alphabet Puzzle
- Paper with 4 squares, 1 with letter and 3 with items that start with that letter
- Cut them up and match
Grab and Sort/Scoop and Sort
- Container filled with pom poms or other items, take tongs, place in muffin tin
- Container filled with pom poms, use scoops to place in muffin tin
Floating Letters
- Floating letters in container of water, use small spatula to take them out and place on ground
- Letter Fishing: Use a hand held strainer
Painting with Cars
- Butcher paper, starting line is paint, cars are pushed through paint and to finish line
Pouring Station
- Pitchers, measuring cups, cups, colored water
- Kids pours from pitcher to cups
Treasure Hunt
- Bury money in rice, kid finds with brush or scoop
- Picks money up with tongs, places in piggy bank or slotted container
What’s Missing
- Take 3 items, kid closes eyes, take one, what’s missing
Drum Circle
- Pots, pans, Cups, xylophone all placed out, give kid drum sticks
Lego Bath
- Put legos in the bath
Pom Pom Push
- Push pom poms through a small hole in top of container
Crunchy Box
- Fill container with dried pasta, kid crushes with toy hammer or smashing instrument
Pom Pom Race
- Pom Poms, straws, kids blow pom poms to finish line
Stacking Cups
- Strew paper cups about, have kid stack them
